  • The service at the main showroom was amazing with a very helpful salesman. After that, it went down hill rapidly. I have now been standing at the Walker Warehouse Customer pickup for more than 55 minutes with no end in site. When I asked about the holdup to pickup two chairs I was told they had "only one guy on that side" and that I would just have to wait like everyone else. This is my last purchase at Walker Furniture and unless you have time to waste I suggest you shop somewhere else.
