Management of this company
I have been a happy customer of the Pet Club for several years. No longer! While shopping at the their store at 32nd Street and Lincoln, the sharp damaged metal corner of the display shelf tore through my shoe. I reported the incident to the clerk, and was given a number to call, where I left a message and with no reply, I later contacted the store manager and sent him an email and photo showing the damage. Even a letter I sent to the owners failed to evoke a reply. A few weeks later, while at the store, I found that nothing was done to fix the issue. I can't understand why the The Pet Club has not responded.
Given the lack of management response, I am not surprised to read the posts by employees at Glassdoor.com, https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Pet-Club-Phoenix-Reviews-EI_IE557935.0,8_IL.9,16_IM678.htm.
This is no way to build a sustainable brand.
