  • The Good: We were seated promptly and My daughter(4) felt very special receiving her lemonade in a tea pot with a teacup to drink it. The Bad: I have been here one other time and was left highly unimpressed this time it was worse. After being promptly seated at 1:50pm thanks to a reservation. Our server came over took drink orders, my daughter and friends food orders and said she would be back for mine with drinks, because I wasn't ready. She came back with drinks and even though I was turned to her and speaking she scurried away. I brushed it off as human error, no biggie. Well then she was given another larger table and was promptly helping them with drinks and orders I tried flagging her down because she made eye contact with out table she never came. She finally came back to our table 40 MINUTES LATER and and casually asked if she had taken our order yet. We said yes and I ordered them she asked my friend and daughter what the wanted. I asked why and she said she had completely lost the order, I will also mentioned she never apologized . For a restaurant that stated right on their kids menu that you are responsible for your kids behavior maybe they should consider putting kids meals in instead of losing them, my daughter was near a total meltdown due to being hungry, however well behaved she is this is unacceptable to me. (But maybe that's just me being a mom) When our food arrived about 5 minutes before they close my daughters mac and cheese was so hot I nearly burnt my own mouth testing it, then while eating my sandwich on unusually hard bread I bit into it and thought I cracked my tooth. Well after trying to tactfully spit it out I find there was multiple prices of toothpick in the sandwich! As the server barely stopped walking to drop off the check I stopped her and started to tell her about the toothpick she started talking over me saying she would get me a box and then I spoke a little louder and told her I would like it removed from the bill. After me showing her the toothpick she obliged. Needless to say I will never return there, absolute worst service I have EVER had, inconsiderate of children AND wood chips in my food. Yum!
