Lowes just lost a valued customer of over 10 years. I have spent thousands of dollars at lowes over the years but that doesnt seem to matter to them. I called multiple times to get an estimate for carpet. No answer ever. Went in person on a Saturday to schedule appt. they took my information (although you would think they would have access to all that since i just bought laminate flooring there last summer). I waited all week no call. I called again and they said someone would reach out. No call. I finally got a call the following friday night. I agreed to give them a chance to do an estimate. Today, Sunday, they call to cancel my appt i made for a carpet estimate. They asked if i could change the time. I said-- im just going with Empire carpet. Empire took my reservation online and showed up in less than 24 hours to give me a quote. That is good customer service. I will never go back for any major work to this lowes. They dont care about you as a customer.
