  • Terrible customer serves. Groomers are very nice, but the owner is very rude. Big turn off. And also she changes her prices as she wishes. Went from $65 to 80 no warrning . I visited K-9's and Kitty's 4 times and price was different every time. No consistency. Will never come back.
