  • I had an emergency situation on a Sunday (my dog was bit by another dog) and had the most pleasant experience. I got a there around 8:30am so my timing might have helped, but my dog and I were taken back to a room within 5-10 minutes after walking in. I was shaken up from the incident and worried about my dog but the Dr (Erin Greenwood) was very good at calming down. She explained what she needed to do and I got a quote before I left. I was called by 10:15 saying things went well under sedation and I was able to pick him up at noon! The doctor, herself, came out and explained everything. She had also done some x-rays on him, free of charge, to make sure there weren't any fractured ribs because she had noticed he was very bruised. The personal experience I had was great and they also took great care of my dog!
