We were excited to see KA after reading the reviews; I've seen quite a few Cirque shows and decided to try something different; We ordered the tickets online weeks in advance - showed up about 2.5 hours before the show to pick up the tickets, only to be told that the show was cancelled - when I asked why, the box office staff could not give me a reason; in fact, he was quite rude and basically told me he could get me a refund and that's about it. It would've been nice if the show would eventually TELL people if you're going to cancel - we waited in the box office line for almost an hour only to be told it's cancelled, without any recourse. When I ordered the tickets, I gave my telephone and email to the website - an email, a text, or a call would be common courtesy, but I guess in Vegas, customer service doesn't mean anything to Cirque du Soleil or MGM.
