  • I've been a member since 2011! Location: Great! Parking can suck, but Hey your going to the gym so what's a little walking right? ;) I'll switch it up some times and bounce from different locations for the reason that some gyms aren't as busy on certain times, different equipment that one doesn't have and my mood. Flamingo, Sahara and Maryland LVAC I have been too! Yes people it's a gym! It gets busy! If you want seclusion either go late at nights or find a gym that gives you more space. I tent to wonder how often everything is cleaned and wiped down? I don't think I've ever seen anyone clean the machines but I may just miss it. However it would be more reassuring knowing that sanitation was a priority. Forsure the matt's always leave my hands dirty after using (so I do that last before I leave). Not to often I'll come across a broken (inactive) machine. Staff at the front desk always greet me, otherwise I don't need much more interaction with them. Great music selection and I enjoy the TVs as a distraction while I'm counting down the seconds to get off the Stair-master! Classes Offered: go online or download the app for times and schedules! I love Zumba! Additional tip: ! READ YOUR CONTACT & FILE IT FOR SAVING! Otherwise it's your own fault for any issues in the future. Though this was a while ago I remember having an issue where I signed a 2 year contract (don't remember a single thing the guy told me) ended up never really working out. (Typical me) They told me there was a canceling fee, which would cost more to cancel then to continue to pay each month until the 2 years was up. Then I was told the contract ends once your 2 years were up. Little did I know you get put on a month to month payment until you re-sign up or cancel. I was never told to call to cancel and got stuck with an additional 2 month payment. After canceling for about a year I got a letter asking to come back and then was Grandmother in if I re-joined. (How? No idea!) By this time I wanted to try working out again and for a flat fee once a year which made my payment (12$ month) I could swing it. Two and half years later I'm still paying the grandmother price and I'm happy with it (as long as I'm going)!
