I paid to have my vehicle washed there when I was selling it. I chose the Ultimate Plus wash package. I too was left disappointed. I had to get a manager to inspect the completed car due to several areas that weren't cleaned. The manager took it back through the wash. After waiting for an hour it was supposed to be finished and problems corrected. Again I looked at my car with disappointment of the work completed. When I pointed out the dirty crud on the front of my vehicle to the manager he told me it was stuck on their.
I wiped my finger across the dirty spot and it transferred to my finger. The manager used a rag to clean it off and apologized again. He offered to run it through a third time. I couldn't wait any longer. He didn't offer a refund.
After the poor quality car wash received, I decided not to take it to that location again.
