rev:text	The only reason I gave HI a 3 stars is because of their billing practices. If you use a credit card they will now charge $10 per billing which is twice a month. It took me several caregivers before I found one that was a real "caregiver" among their personnel. She takes care of my wife and there is a synergy. Took a while though. HI is too concerned about their bottom line and presents really bad billing practices to get there. Be prepared!
