  • WOW. These guys state their goal is to help their customers express themselves???? Well that is far from what we experienced, unless feeling the need to write terrible reviews of them to express how horrible they made you feel is really their goal. In a nutshell... beware of bait and switch pricing and then horrible customer service that will make you wish you weren't buying their products. Love West Elm and we stopped in to check out the new location and found a random buy that we were excited about. We confirmed the posted price and discount with two separate employees before heading to the register. Then we were rung up at a different price. When we asked the manager, James, to honor the price tagged on the item and confirmed by his employees, he said he would only do that if we took the floor model that was ripped up claiming that was the reason for the reduced price even though we had already confirmed that same price for a new, out of the box item. The worst part was the item is final sale and the Manager was just nasty....making us not even feel good about something we were feeling great about moments before. Such a sad display of customer service over less than a 10% price difference. We will never go back to this location and highly recommend triple checking the price before going to the register here because, evidently, even double checking with two employees first doesn't matter to their manager James. Really put a bad taste in our mouth when we are lifelong purchasers of West Elm products online and in other stores.
