  • Squeezed me in today. Gave me a great deal. I usually use a diffrent dry carpet business but they are hard to get a hold of, and not very willing to come over and do a quick service for me. So I was left trying to find a new company that would come out today. Which is hard and rare! Charles talked with me ?and jumped through some hoops to be able to work me into his workload?. Something I thought my go to carpet company would have done. But Charles did it and didn't even know if it was going to worth it for him. He took a risk on me because he spent a few mintues talking with me on the phone. Bottom line he took his time with me, and had to reschedule his whole day to fit me in which is a pain in the butt. But he did that and charged me less then I normally pay! His is sons did a great job. Happy with the results and they where at my place quick! Thank you.
