  • The staff was phenomenal, overall, and supported our ideas in making our wedding day so special and memorable. We were blessed to have worked closely with Jackie and Alexandra. They were always behind us 100% and I don't know that we could have done it without them! The group booking is by far the hardest part. My family is not the most easy going but Jackie was so quick and eficient and always handled any issues with grace. If I can give any future brides advice it is to not care what anyone thinks about traveling - it is your wedding!! I am also not the easiest person to deal with. I had sent Alexandra countless emails not to mention the tears I shed to her on the phone. She was always there with a quick response or just to listen, she is a huge assest to the company. LUXE made the wedding of my dreams come true. It was not always easy during the process, but it was perfect from the moment we arrived in Mexico to the moment we left. I would 100% recommend LUXE, Lomas, El Dorado Maroma (such a beautiful place...) and the Marina Maroma in the best way possible.
