  • Worst company! Can you get in the 21st century and organized? First you say the window is 10 am-1pm. Then you call and say it has been changed to 1-4 pm. It's 4:30. Still no technician. Why don't you just tell people to wait at home the entire day? Wake up and use some data analysis to staff your stupid company correctly. Thanks for nothing!
