No spoilers below (I wont say which room we did). We had a group of 6 people and got a Groupon for a great price so extra star for that. Overall it was a positive experience, and good constant video supervision by an announcer. We finished the room in 43 mins, but I'd say it was just challenging enough. Also it had a secret door which was pretty epic. I like the group photo after. But I have a few constructive suggestions. The front lobby does not have enough seating; they need a lobby that can seat at least two groups of 6. Also they should have coffee (ie Keurig) and tea; they only had water and were almost out of cups. Also it's in a dumpy strip mall, but during daylight I didn't feel unsafe. When we first went in it looked like only one room, which was very disappointing. (I've been to a couple escape rooms and they always have 3-4 rooms.) In my opinion there were too many red herrings (which is frustrating); too much white noise info that has no bearing on the game. Also, there was one main puzzle 'path' but its better when there's "side paths" that can be completed for bonus credit. (For example if it's a killer, then you also figured out the weapon and motive, or whatever.) The props and decor were good quality. One thing is many props had numbers, bar codes, etc on them. Those should be taken off to avoid confusion. Also, we found a key hidden in a desk. But the announcer had to intervene and tell us it's not part of the game. Who leaves a key in an escape room that's not part of the game?? Overall it was positive and would go back but I do want to try some other companies around the area first.
