  • Unfortunately I need to drop my rating to 2 stars because of events that have happened since my original review. I'll detail below.. After the initial installation of screens and wires, I was assured by Dusty that my problem would be gone, but it may take some time. Roughly 6 weeks later, Dusty had to come back. Apparently there was a small hole that the birds were using to get under my solar panels. He was able to fix it at no cost. Post repair, I continue to have issues with as many as 12 pigeons on my roof at a time. When speaking to Dusty about this, he stated that his 5 year warranty doesn't cover this and it will only cover the screen installation. This is an important detail that was left out when I decided to hire Dusty. As my previous review stated, I was assured the pigeons would be gone with the work that was done - with the exception of a random perching bird. Dusty stated that he will come back out and explore other options with me - from a spider looking thing to shocking the birds. Both of which will be at an additional cost to me. He also stated that trapping may be an option... also at an additional cost to me. At this time, I can not recommed Dusty to anyone else. I was told that I would have no more pigeon issues with the work that was completed, and that hasn't happened. I will, of course, update this again in the future according to actions taken and results delivered. The two star rating is based on the fact that the screen installation was done right and fixed when there was an issue. 3 stars were now removed due to the fact I still have an issue and was told I'll have to spend more money after being assured I'd have no more problem...
