  • Where to begin.... Had an appointment and I'm not exaggerating when I say I have been here for 4 hours. Desk customer service takes me out into the bay to tell me I did not need brakes or rotors. (One might be happy about that) but my 2015 Van has almost 45,000 miles and has never had pads or rotors replaced. Oh yeah, that metal grinding sound when I'm driving is a big clue. I'm guessing they are understaffed and just did not want to do it. Tough, they could have told me that 2 hours ago, instead of wasting my time. Desk guy is nice but I'm not here for the nice, I'm here to have a service done, efficiently and reliably. I was quoted $165 to have the brakes done and I just KNOW when I go to pay it's going to be a different story. I'll update once I do. I will NEVER come back. Previous reviewer said something about floor space is minimal at best, and he was not kidding. They must be going out of business and I can see why. This is the WORST of the worst.
