  • AC DIDN"T WORK (NO HELP FROM STAFF) ASKED TO LEAVE THE POOL AREA REALLY JUST AN APARTMENT*** NOT A RESORT PROMISED A REFUND THEN REFUSED TO PAY First, it's not obvious from the website, but you are really just renting a vacant (furnished) apartment. You are smack dab in the middle of a residential apartment complex. Secondly, there seems to be a disconnect between the Property Management and the Sonoran Suites Co. We were kicked out of the pool area...told it was for residents only. The AC didn't work while we were there... we called multiple times before and AFTER the offices closed. No help from the staff. We gave up and had to leave.... I called the next morning and was promised a refund... I never received that refund and when I inquired after a couple months, they said they reviewed my request and changed there mind. SO... WARNING DO NOT FALL FOR THIS PLACE
