  • I Have not yet lived here but i plan on it, I took a visit with mara and it was wonderful. pros and cons, pros: Its beautiful, 10 mins from unlv and the strip, tons of new state of the art upgrades coming to the building. cons, its expensive and the one bedroom is a tad small--but for me its perfect because Im just one person and don't require much space. I was amazed at the property and am very excited to move in, also i think its unfair to have one review, and have it be one star, so to the guy below me; relax.. they are brand new and aren't supposed to be built in a day, it was your choice to be an early bird. i will have an updated review for when i actually live there but so far it seems wonderful!
