Stayed here this past week for 4 nights. I request for a cook top and was told I was the second person in line and the front desk will contact me when it became available. Needless to say no one contacted me. I over heard a group of people saying that they received a cook top when they asked for it the first night, which was a Monday. I checked in on Sunday. The front desk made it seem that there was a waiting list. I checked back in the AM during my stay to follow up. The older blonde lady seemed as though she did not want to help me. Though she happy to help me at check out. Not sure what was going on here at this hotel for this kind of treatment. Maybe because I wasn't Caucasian. Don't know.
The rooms were ok. The hotel seemed gloomy. Maybe it is because this was the only Home2 Suites I've been in colored gray.
