If I could give it zero stars I would. First I used the app to order. Got there and they said they didn't have the order. Showed them the order on my phone which I paid for on my phone. Still said. I didn't get it. I would have to go back to the "people" for the app to get my money back. So placed another order with them got home and food was missing. Called and talked to manager "Abbie" she said she would replace the whole order. So go back to McDonald's and talked to Abbie and she said no she would only replace the meals that were missing. When I told her she said on the phone she would replace the whole order she said that is wasn't what she meant. So she ended up replacing meals that were missing. Went to fill our cups and find the sweet tea and tea is wide open. No lid on it!! Open to whoever or what ever to be put into it!
