  • There is so much to love about Monta, the only downside is the wait. But this is obviously due to popularity and the size of the restaurant. I have had Noodles and ramen all over Vegas and this is by far in the top three for Noodle choices here in town for you Noodle junkies out there like me. I believe in sticking with what works so I normally order the same thing but I have tried everything on their menu. My normal order consists of the Mini Mentaiko Bowl which is amazing, the Takana Fried Rice (quite possibly the best fried rice in Las Vegas), and the Tonkatsu Shoyu Ramen (I cannot put into words how excellent this Bowl of Noodles is.) Though a little tricky to find, make sure you check this place out, I promise you that you will go back again and again!
