  • Walked in only looking for some sour apple spray so my little pup would stop destroying everything in his sight... And I had a very pleasant experience here. I was wandering the aisles looking for my item, and a store employee saw I was struggling and immediately came to my assistance. He knew exactly where the item I was looking for was. Also he was very knowledgable about the spray and how I should use it. Surprise, surprise. This employee was also a puppy trainer. He told me all about the puppy training classes Petsmart offers and helped get me signed up. Also got me a discount on the classes! Pretty sweet. I've always loved Petsmart for all my pet products. The staff is super helpful and all pet lovers, obviously. And it's always very clean! Being able to pet other people's dogs doesn't suck either.
