WARNING: I will start by saying our salesperson Nicole was no problem. She showed me and my daughter a car and we decided to buy it, that's when it went downhill!! Perhaps the condescending attitude we received from all the men in the dealership was because we were two women walking on their lot to buy a car. (Other than Nicole no other woman works at the dealership.) James was the sales manager and he was rude, condescending and arrogant. But the worst part of the experience was dealing with the finance manager. I realize car dealerships make kickbacks from the banks that finance their loans but because we did NOT want OR NEED to use their banks we had to go through 30 minutes of arguing why! It was just horrible. It's stressful enough buying a used car and we thought coming with our preapproved loan would make things easier, however, Earnhardt does not want you to use your own institutions because they make no profit from it! It was a dreadful experience and if you're a woman buying a car BUY, RENT or BORROW A MAN to take with you and then maybe you won't go through the hell we did! Only plus? We dig the car....Word to Nicole: RUN!
