  • If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Like most posts before me, I agree that the staff is incredibly rude, unprofessional and downright mean. I considered taking this practice to court last year for fraud. The time, hassle and stress it created simply wasn't worth it, so I ended up just paying them. This is exactly what they count on. My wife and I went for several cleanings, exams. When my wife needed her wisdom teeth removed, the office booked an appt. After my wife's procedure, they informed us that the doctor who removed the wisdom teeth was not in our network. They did not feel the need to tell us beforehand. I think a reasonable individual would assume that after several visits to their office, that future appts. booked at their office would be in network. So BEWARE! They are deceptive in their practices. If you don't ask specific questions, every single visit, be prepared for a surprise.
