  • Needed new tires for fiance's Jeep and only had a small window of time between switching jobs to get them done in. This NTB location online had the particular tire we wanted in stock. Online scheduling system does not work for NTB - Scheduled Sunday, called Monday AM to confirm and they had no appointment in the system. Spoke to Patrick in the store, he manually scheduled an appointment for 930am, less than an hour later, and held the last 4 Mesa a/p ii tires for us. Location is easy to find, across from the Giant Eagle Market District in McIntyre Square. The waiting area is newer and very clean; two high top tables and a large rear lounge area with televisions, magazines and wide, upholstered chairs that were unexpectedly comfortable. We checked in with Patrick, he remembered speaking to me. I negotiated for a discount on a wheel alignment (quoted price is quite high) and made sure the "buy 3 get 1 free" special was documented on the work order. Took about 90 minutes. Patrick was an absolute dream; incredibly professional and funny. I wouldn't get my regular auto work done here because I have a great mechanic but I will recommend this NTB and Patrick in particular to anyone in need of tires or an alignment.
