| - Take your business elsewhere.
Was looking for a mattress and ended up here after ikea. The only reason I went in here before R&S was because they practically came to my car to hassle me into the store. I liked one bed they had, but it was out of stock. Most were out of my price range (including the one I likes which just so happened to be on sale that day), so I decided to check my options at other stores like any shopper would. As soon as I mentioned giving a look next door (R&S), they instantly began to slander the store. Now I understand being competitive, but this was just down right wrong. They claimed next door sells used mattresses and began showing some pictures from some online conspiracy website. Does the competition take your old mattress from customers homes when they deliver? Yes. Most likely to recycle, because they care about the environment and don't want mattresses ending up in land fills, unlike like you guys who don't take away old mattresses for customers. Also, next door delivered for free, this store offered to deliver for $50+ or 'tie it to the roof of my car' for free.
Plus, the manager of this store always parks her car across multiple parking spaces between this store and R&S, (probably because you wouldn't park next to someone who pulled in like that, taking the chance they'll pull out and hit your car), which made me park in front of R&S, allowing them to see me, then come out and hassle me.
