  • We met Michael at open house and found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable. We had bought a home a few years ago at the bottom of the market, so although it had come up in price, my husband and I still were trying to get, as Michael said "a very strong number" although the number was above all the neighborhood comps. Michael said, "He would do his best". We prepared our home exactly as he and his team recommended, Michael had an outstanding photographer prepare the home photos, with a graphics member enhancing each image for the web, he also took several steps we had not seen another Realtor do. We had multiple showings from about the first day, although feedback from several of the first viewing agents was, "We were way too high on list price". However, Michael sold the home for full price after 15 days on market, we closed the sale in less than 30 days. He knew what was needed to get us our price. During the entire time, Michael was knowledgeable, available to us, energetic and fully involved with us. We recommend him without hesitation and will contact him again on our next home purchase.
