  • If I could give this a lower than one star review I would. BCBS of Arizona is the worst health care plan I have ever had. It is the most expensive health care plan offered at my work and it wouldn't even cover the cost of my breast pump when I became pregnant. It really seems to cover very little compared to my co-workers who pay significantly less for their plans. Worst decision to go with BCBS of AZ. I will not be choosing BCBS of Arizona again. When I called customer service to try to understand my benefits no one could send it to me in writing "we can't do that". I was told where to look it up, but then was completely unable to find it. Their site is not useful at all for finding what is and what is not covered. I had to email them and even then I just received a copy and paste response. It should not be this difficult for users to find their benefit information. When I was younger I worked at a hospital and worked directly with patients and their insurance companies. There are much better providers out there.
