I guess we lucked out and had the best service rep, Ashley. Our in and out time to pick up 2 mini boxes was under 30 minutes. What I don't like about Cox is the need for a dumb mini box to attached to my smart TV to receive their low quality TV service. Really? Another box for basic service which is paid through my HOA? And the remote is a dumb line of site remote which means I have to locate the dumb mini box in plain. This is really backwards engineering on Cox's behalf. Now I'm going to start a movement in my HOA to drop our contract with Cox!
