| - I visited this swamp to return a Samsung Galaxy Note 7 per the recent recall and was treated very poorly, 1 hour wait time, being told to return the following day after a 45 minutes wait is rediculous. T-mobil sold me an $800plus phone knowing the product was recalled, then caused me a huge inconvenience of having to return it in store, thereby subjecting me to extended wait times of 45 minutes to an hour. After an eternal wait time, I was told that the system was down, yet strangely, the other customers were being assisted without any inconvenience from the alleged systemwide network collapse. THAT IS HOGWASH. The slightest protestation on my part, was met with cold indiferece. I complained to the staff about the enormous inconvenience and it fell on deff ears. As a matter of fact, the young ladies behind the counter made snyde and mocking remarks at and about me as they glared at me. I don't understand why I could not return the phone by mail especially because I purchased online and it was sent by mail and it didn't catch on fire while enroute to me, so what on earth? It soon became clear that there was a decision made to frustrate my efforts. I called T-Mobile corporate and they sent me to a different store far across town. dreadful!
I will be reporting this case to the FCC, Better Business Bureau , Consumer Affairs and Federal Trade Commission.
The poor and miss leading communication or utter lack thereof, compounded by extremely long wait times, poor services and employees that mock and ridicule clients is just a short list of reasons why not to visit this store.
