  • Terrible. I told the lady (who barely spoke English obviously) EXACTLY how I wanted my hair (to which she nodded and said yes to everything), and she ended up whatever she wanted me to look like anyways. Now I have to wait for months to grow out my hair again. Receptionist was fairly rude too. Had to wait a few minutes after getting this terrible cut just to pay! I should've walked right away
