  • I came in on a Friday night and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to ring me out. I rung the bell for service only to find out that the employee was sitting at a table with her friends laughing and snap chatting. She ignored my friends and I standing at the counter. She ignored the service bell and continued to just laugh and goof off with her friends. Not to mention, majority of their toppings were empty at 6 pm. I didn't even bother to ask if they had anymore because her snap chatting and hanging all over her friends was more important. I sure hope she washed her hands after rubbing and running her hands all through her friends hair. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
