I'm another one that wanted to exchange a remote and had to wait 40 minutes.what happened to customer service?? Then it took another 10 minutes to prove I was a customer
The line had four other people in it. There was only one person behind the counter
There was a tedious pile of forms, computer waits and slow staff
There was no concern for our wait.
I liked having cable but this is not acceptable
When I had the same issue with DIRECTV one phone call solved the problem and a new one was delivered the next day
On the way home I called DIRECTV to switch back
