  • I was looking for a new bicycle, they offered a clean, well maintained location with good customer service. The product line is narrow since they only sell Giant bikes. Customer service was good, he seemed very knowledgeable. When they installed the rack on the bike, they didn't seem confident, but they got it installed properly. Unlike some bicycle shops, you can't negotiate here, even though I ended up buying two bikes.
