  • Read ALL the reviews here, and over on Google. It's easy to see who was paid or traded for ratings. This place literally has an "F" rating from the BBB. This business has hidden fees, and they do not not tell you about the very high diagnostic fees. On my first call, the owner told me he was going to plug my truck into a computer for the diagnostic. They ended up actually taking it apart without my permission Instead of having it back to me by the end of the same day as promised, he kept it in his shop for 3 days. It took less than an hour to disassemble my truck but a day and a half to be able to put it back together causing me greater fees for a rental car. When we picked up the truck, I was presented with a bill that we were not expecting. I expected a standard $99-125$ computer diagnostic fee. When I ask to speak with the owner, he refused to come out. This behavior suggested to me that this is not the first time they've had issues with hidden fees, and I wish I had looked here on Yelp first. I ask the secretary again if she would please call out the owner, and he refused. At that point I picked up my keys and told her I would call the owner and work it out over the phone. She started screaming and calling me a c********** and a mother f****** thief. I walked out to my truck without saying anything to her she continue to chase me out. Then, the owner and two other very large man jumped into a 5ton truck, and rammed my truck. Then three coworkers at his shop came out and began threatening me with physical violence. I expressed that in none of the calls, not in the two quotes he emailed, were these higher than normal fees ever mentioned. He told me the law only requires them to post the fees on the wall and that they are not obligated to disclose anything in a quote or over the phone. The fees ARE posted, in the middle of a few hundred pictures of kids, fishing trips, and other family photos and news clippings. Hard to see in the mess, and in defense of self, I wasn't the person who dropped of the truck in the first place. I would have been happy to have paid a reasonable few. Their slow reassembly of the truck cost me hundreds in rental car costs. In any one of a dozen calls (particularly the first call) James could have mentioned the diagnostic charge up front. In the emailed quote, he could have mentioned the large diagnostic charge up front. Every other shop I called mentioned their charge for diagnosis, and all were under 125.00. When the police came, they said they hadn't threatened anyone, and that they didn't ram my truck (fortunately, I caught a photo of them hitting the truck). They also denied blocking it in. They couldn't deny the forklift out back with the tines still up against my rear bumper (I captured photos of that, too) My brake lights no longer work, and there is damage to a brake line. I don't know if their forklift damaged the brakeline, but am positive they damaged my electrical system with their forklift. They also made a mess of items, equipment, and paper that were in the back seat. Funny thing; their security cameras magically stopped working just before the police asked to see the video. Darn lucky for them. *Avoid this place at all costs.* Temperamental, violence & oriented people, hidden fees, and they damaged my vehicle. Read ALL the reviews here before visiting this place that has the mentality of an in-bred, and the violence of a cage match. And an "F" from the BBB. Go down the street to Diesel Specialists instead. Far lower cost, no hidden fees, and they won't threaten to castrate you and leave you bleeding. #Las Vegas Diesel #Injector Repair #Vegas #diesel repair #J&S Diesel Services #customer service #injector #violent #truck damage #truck repair Two months later, we received a threatening Cease and Desist letter from these clowns. It seems that verbal and physical threats, plus verbal and physical bullying are just part of their tactics; they also threaten and attempt to bully via mail, too. The whole "we know where you live now" thing is a bit over the top, don'tcha think? Check out the pix for the full text.
