  • Stay away from the flooring department in this store. We had our house measured for flooring via an online appointment for $50. Everyone we dealt with regarding the in home measurements was great. They told us we could go to any Home Depot and they could access our measurements after making a quick phone call to the 800 number. After waiting 45 minutes for one employee to socialize with friends, another employee started to help us but was interrupted by several phone calls. Once we had an opportunity to speak, the employee let us know how overwhelming it would be for him to transfer our measurements to his store. I called the 800 number in his presence and they said it would be very quick and easy. After seeing the look on the employees face I decided to just leave and try to deal with a different store. This was on a Wednesday at 3:30 pm while the store had very few customers.
