Just an update.... after suffering a 3 months inattentive response from West elm, I finally got the table exchanged about one and a half months ago with no extra delivery cost. The table is all fine with no more popping noises and wood cracking this time. Thank god!
My very bad shopping experience would not have happended if West elm has a better customer or after-sale service. Honestly, their services are sucks and unprofessional.
Another furniture store, Casalife, located in Liberty Village as well, is way better in terms of furniture style, quality, customer service and after-sale service! Highly recommending Casalife!!
