Feeling full and regretful. I was craving Beijing jiaozi (dumplings). There were three different kinds, and settled on this brand. I chose the pork and leek filling. When I got home, I decided to bring out my quick steamer and also got a pot of water boiling (package directions). I steamed half of the dumplings and boiled the other half. Both were delicious. The steamed version came out with swagger similar to dimsum restaurants. The boiled version was slimier, but still tasted good. It was authentic enough. I served them up with Chinese black vinegar and grated fresh ginger. This snack was under $5. Before I could think about taking pictures, we scarfed them up. Thus the expression of shame in my opening comments. I did drag out the package and photographed it for this review, but it does not make up for my oversight.
