  • Wandered and wandered Greek Town looking for a non-chain coffee shop and we stumbled upon Si. We were pretty excited since it looked like a place that might serve some good espresso or tasty lattes. Well, I'll say the Americano was pretty good, but that's all I can really say about the place. The sign says they have many different types of milk, including Lacteeze, which made us happy since we are both lactose intolerant. Well, they were out of that. Oh, and also out of almond milk.. so no lattes for us, ordered Americanos instead. Guess what was also a surprise? They only take cash. I did not see any signs and I guess it was terrible of me to assume they took debit/credit. But really, in this time you should have a big sign to warn people that you only take cash. Luckily my friend had some leftover American money and they took it as payment, otherwise I was going to have to run to the bank and back or we were going to leave the coffees behind. In the end, the service was nice enough and the Americano was acceptable... but definitely bring your cash if you are stopping by.
