  • Honestly if I could give no stars I would. I've gotten boltbus and megabus multiple times and I've never dealt with anything this bad. First of all, they're continuously running late. Leaving late, and then, whilst I understand traffic can be always an issue, why don't they factor that into arrival time when you're buying the ticket? They do this drive every single week/day. We've now been on the road for 4 hours, and are still 2 hrs from the first stop, which is supposed to be only 3 hrs away from Vegas. By the time we get back to Los Angeles it's pretty much midnight, which is a long way off the 7pm estimated arrival time. Second of all we are driving through a hot desert, and the air conditioning isn't working. Nor is the wifi. Two of the three things the bus is supposed to have. Not worth it being so cheap, it's just a horrible uncomfortable ride, and our driver wasn't even apologetic or nice about it. I understand its budget but at least they should be upfront about what we are really getting. Will never travel greyhound again.
