I loved the proximity to the airport (it seems like 300 feet away from checking in!) and the beds- they were the comfiest hotel beds I've ever been in. Everything was very clean and modern, another big plus.
The downsides were mainly the restaurant (Compass) which we had a bad experience at (see my review there), but also when we checked in they didn't have our reservation even though we had all the paperwork. Apparently they use some third-party contractors (like Expedia) who apparently can let some reservations slip through the crack. They were able to fix that and were nice about it. My only other piece of constructive criticism would be to have more natural/environmental friendly toiletries- there were unpronounceable ingredients in the shampoo...
