We had the most amazing dinner at Cafe Bink last night. The tasting menu theme was northern Italian paired with wine that was out of this world. We started with the fried polenta which was crispy on the outside and warm and creamy on the inside. It was followed with the freshest panzanella salad and pasta fagioli soup -- all delicious. Then came northern chicken cacciatore -- to die for! Please Chef Justin, make this a regular menu item. We finished with sponge mimosa and prosecco!
