  • They will make you purchase one of their locks for $12 upon sign up. There are other hidden fees as well. You will have to purchase their monthly insurance plans to cover the cost of your things in the event of a disaster. Your monthly rent will not be what it states online. They will raise prices whenever they feel like it and you will have to pay it or move your things out with a 30 day notice. They will charge you a $20 late fee for a $50 unit and I was only a week late. I'm not even sure when the fee was added. The staff was friendly and helpful upon sign-up and the units seem fairly clean.
