  • This place is a hole! I ran in to Payless for a minute since it was the closest one on the map to where i was going. I will NEVER go in again. I was trying on a pair of shoes and a roach came out from under the shelf. Ewww! Not to mention all the empty stores. It was so creepy. I left pretty quickly. If i could give no stars, i would. Ghetto!!!!!
