Okay. Grant it. Maybe I am not a shopper. But even with my low expectations I really doubt I will come back here.
We showed up at the mall about 5pm knowing that it would be sparse as most people are rushhouring somewhere.
The mall was indeed pretty empty and we had an exchange to make at the gap. With only about 7 clients browsing and a few customers at the cash I figured this would work out well.
Boy was I wrong. The one lady behind the counter was telling everyone repeatedly that she could not do anything and needed someone else and was going to get them. And the line grew. Then she got a person. And still the line grew. With the original three people in front of us for roughly eternity (ok. Maybe 15 minutes). I was starting to realize why online rocks.
So then the lady went to get someone else. And when she returned she told us all who she got and where another someone else was and then proudly announced that she was going home. Lol. Because you know. It is 6:15. So obviously.
The rest of the store seemed nice. People somewhat helpful. But checking out seems to be something that they choose not to excel at. 25 minutes in line with barely any clients and a store full of staff is not acceptable. Well not to me anyway.
I think I am being generous with 2 stars but I have had a day to cool down.
The only "Gap" I want to visit from now on is in Barbados.
