  • Big O Tires gets the job down and that's the most I can really say. This shop is located near my house so I like being able to have somewhere I can drop my car off and go back home. Though for those of you that have to wait it out, they have a large waiting area. There's a couch, a dining room table and free coffee while you sit and wait. They do offer complimentary wifi but you need to ask them for the password to use it. Usually I have them do oil changes on my car because they do a pretty good job. Though every time I come here, they always tell me I need a couple of items done that equate to $400 on average. I think this is the second car I've brought to them that they said I needed a special alignment that would equate to $370. I don't know if they are required to sell you these other services but I would seek a second opinion first. Make sure you get what you came for and if you don't think anything else is needed, just politely turn them down. Overall, it's pretty quick and convenient.
