Glen is terrible.
Long story short, don't use this company.
As my family and I were planning to move from California to New Jersey, we searched google and received quotes from 10 movers. Glen at Revolution Moving Systems was pushy and insistent that we book with him. I asked about his terrible reviews on many sites and he got mad, interrupted me to tell me that only bad people write reviews. The happy people don't take the time. This was the 2nd or 3rd company I spoke with, and it seemed correct. When I learned that Allied, United and Mayflower broker the loads to local movers, I researched those movers and they all had 4+ stars.
Also, to lock in my rate, he asked for a $100 deposit. After deciding not to use his company, I politely asked for the deposit to be returned. It took several days and seven back-and-forth emails with him protesting my decision before I received confirmation that he will return the funds. If he does not return them I will report him to the Better Business Bureau, which he proudly boasts a "B" rating.
