  • Ron was awesome! I wanted "prime" prime rib for Thanksgiving. I called whole foods etc. Only had "choice" standing roast. Checked different places and the same thing. Called The Butcher Block and he had so many different kinds I had to check it out. VERY helpful. Price very reasonable. 5lbs. It was the best prime rib I have ever tasted. Perfect. Will never go any place else for meat. Thank you Ron!!
