  • The new check in system is AMAZING!!! I was shocked that there was a 300+ minute wait when I went to renew my DL this past week. When I learned about the text system I wasnt totally sure if it would work, but It worked extremely well. I was able to run my weekly errands while I waited my turn. Once it text me that there was only 20 mins left I jumped in my car and made it there right on time. I only had to wait 10 minutes or so which was great! I would call it fun... But it turned a usually horrible experience into a less than bad experience :)
